FAQs
What is involved in a hypnotherapy session?
Jan practices Integral Hypnotherapy, which is a collaborative process, ensuring client input guides each session. Using your input and feedback, Jan creates positive suggestions and imagery to address your concern or issue. She then guides you into hypnosis using focused attention and relaxation techniques. You’ll feel deeply relaxed yet mentally alert. Once you are in the hypnotic state, Jan helps you access your subconscious mind and then focuses your attention on the positive suggestions and imagery you co-created to promote the changes you desire in your life.
